GlowMap ("Service", "we", "us") is an information and booking-assistance platform for skin-care and aesthetic clinics in Seoul, Republic of Korea, operated by mAI Depot, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 2810 N Church St, Suite 4523, Wilmington, Delaware 19802, USA (tel. +1-425-522-2012, email contact@maidepot.com). GlowMap is NOT a medical institution, NOT a healthcare provider, and NOT a party to any consultation or treatment contract between you and a clinic. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not recommend any specific clinic or procedure as medically appropriate for you.
The Service concerns medical aesthetic procedures and is intended only for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Service or create accounts.
• Information & comparison — maps, price pins, procedure rankings, clinic profiles, reviews, and market reports ("Insights"), for reference only. • Price data — "Verified" prices derive from a receipt, menu, or the clinic's official source; "Unverified" prices are market samples/estimates. All prices may be outdated or inaccurate; the price confirmed with the clinic always prevails. • Booking assistance ("Concierge") — see §4. • Personal tools — a private treatment diary, price alerts/watchlists, cycle reminders, and a referral program (§§6–9). • AI features — an informational assistant (§10). We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
The Concierge helps you arrange a consultation appointment with a clinic you select. Based on the details you provide, our assistant prepares a Korean-language booking request and shows you the clinic's booking channels (Naver booking, booking form, KakaoTalk, or phone). You send the request and book directly with the clinic yourself. We do not contact the clinic or make bookings on your behalf. • Booking assistance only — it does not book, guarantee, or sell any treatment. Whether to proceed, the treatment, and the final price are decided by you and the clinic, at the clinic. All treatments are provided by, and paid directly to, the clinic. • We receive no payment, commission, or benefit from any clinic, and we do not steer you toward any clinic for compensation. The Service is not for-profit solicitation, brokering, or inducement of patients within the meaning of Article 27 of the Korean Medical Service Act. Information stays on your side. • We do not guarantee that any appointment can be secured, or any particular date, price, or outcome. • You may cancel a request; where offered, one schedule change is permitted after confirmation.
The Concierge is currently provided free of charge. You pay only the clinic, directly, for any consultation or treatment. If we introduce a fee in the future, we will disclose it clearly before you incur it and refund it where we fail to deliver the paid service. We never store your full card number; payments (if any) are handled by a payment processor.
"Your Content" means reviews, ratings, uploaded receipt/menu images, reported prices, diary entries, photos, and other material you submit. • License — you retain ownership and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, translate, adapt, aggregate, and display Your Content to operate and improve the Service. Aggregated or de-identified price data derived from Your Content may be used without restriction. • Diary content is private by default and is not published or shared publicly by us. • You represent that Your Content is accurate, is yours to submit, and does not infringe others' rights or contain others' personal data without consent. Do not submit false prices or fake reviews. • Health information — receipts, reported procedures, and diary entries may reveal health-related information; by submitting them you give explicit consent to processing as described in the Privacy Policy. • We may review, refuse, hide, or remove Your Content, and adjust or reject reported prices that fail verification.
You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonate others or post others' personal data without consent; harass, defame, or post unlawful content; scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-copy the Service or its data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of medical-advertising or other applicable laws.
If you enable price alerts, watchlists, or cycle reminders, you consent to receive related email and/or web-push notifications. Service/transactional messages (e.g., booking confirmations) are part of the Service. Manage or turn off notifications in your profile or device settings; unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
We may offer a referral/invite program granting platform-side benefits (e.g., Concierge tickets or feature credits). Referral benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or ended at any time. They are provided by us and are never funded by, or conditioned on treatment purchases from, any clinic. We may withhold benefits for abuse, fraud, or self-referral.
The Service may use AI (including Google Gemini) to answer questions, prepare messages, or summarize information. AI outputs are informational only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not medical advice. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical decisions; always consult a licensed medical professional at the clinic.
All clinic, price, doctor, procedure, and review information is provided for reference only and may be outdated or inaccurate. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or a recommendation to undergo any procedure. Decisions about medical procedures must be made in consultation with the clinic's licensed medical professionals. The clinic is solely responsible for all medical services, outcomes, complications, and any malpractice. You are responsible for accurately disclosing your medical history, allergies, and conditions to the clinic. In an emergency in Korea, call 119.
Clinic, doctor, and price information is compiled from public and user-submitted sources and displayed for consumer information and comparison, not as advertising by GlowMap or the clinics. We do not represent that any clinic is the "best," "cheapest," "#1," or that any outcome is guaranteed, and we do not publish content designed to induce treatment. Any advertising by a clinic is the clinic's own responsibility and subject to the medical-advertising rules of the Korean Medical Service Act (§§56–57). A clinic may contact contact@maidepot.com for correction or removal of inaccurate information.
Clinics, their staff, and any third-party websites, booking channels, or services referenced in the Service are independent third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, pricing, or content.
The Service, including its software, design, brand, compiled datasets, and market reports, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from the Service or its data except as expressly permitted.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and complies with the EU GDPR and the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRICES OR OTHER INFORMATION ARE ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY MEDICAL OUTCOME. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law — including mandatory consumer protections of the Republic of Korea, EU/EEA consumer and data-protection rights, and, for U.S. residents, non-waivable rights under the laws of your state.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mAI Depot, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your profile, reviews, reports, chats, diary, and bookings, except records we must retain by law (see Privacy Policy) and records held by a payment processor.
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app at least 7 days in advance (30 days if the change is unfavorable to you). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance; provided that if you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections or venue rights granted by the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence (including EU/EEA consumers' right to the courts of their domicile). The English version is the governing text; translations are for convenience.

글로우맵("서비스")은 미국 델라웨어주 법인 mAI Depot, Inc.(2810 N Church St, Suite 4523, Wilmington, Delaware 19802, USA, 전화 +1-425-522-2012, 이메일 contact@maidepot.com)가 운영하는 서울 피부·미용 시술 정보·예약 보조 플랫폼입니다. 글로우맵은 의료기관·의료인이 아니며, 이용자와 병원 간 상담·진료계약의 당사자가 아닙니다. 의료 상담·진단·치료를 제공하지 않으며, 특정 병원·시술을 의학적으로 적합하다고 권유하지 않습니다.
본 서비스는 미용 의료 시술에 관한 것으로 만 18세 이상(거주 지역 성년 연령이 더 높으면 그 연령) 성인만을 대상으로 합니다. 이용 시 이 요건 충족을 진술하는 것으로 봅니다. 당사는 미성년자의 이용·가입을 알면서 허용하지 않습니다.
• 정보·비교 — 지도·가격핀·시술 랭킹·병원 정보·리뷰·시세 리포트("인사이트")를 참고용으로 제공. • 가격 데이터 — "인증" 가격은 영수증·메뉴판·병원 공식 출처 근거, "미인증" 가격은 시세 표본/추정치. 모든 가격은 최신이 아닐 수 있으며 병원 확인 가격이 우선. • 예약 보조("컨시어지") — 제4조. • 개인 도구 — 비공개 다이어리, 가격 알림/워치리스트, 주기 리마인더, 추천 프로그램(제6~9조). • AI 기능 — 정보성 어시스턴트(제10조). 당사는 언제든 기능을 추가·변경·중단할 수 있습니다.
컨시어지는 이용자가 선택한 병원과의 상담 예약을 잡도록 돕습니다. 입력하신 정보를 바탕으로 어시스턴트가 한국어 예약 요청문을 작성하고 병원의 예약 채널(네이버 예약·예약 폼·카카오톡·전화)을 안내합니다. 요청 전송과 예약은 이용자가 병원과 직접 진행합니다. 당사는 이용자를 대신해 병원에 연락하거나 예약하지 않습니다. • 예약 보조에 한정되며 시술을 예약·보장·판매하지 않습니다. 시술 여부·내용·최종 가격은 병원에서 결정하고, 시술비는 병원에 직접 지불합니다. • 당사는 병원으로부터 어떠한 대가·수수료·이익도 받지 않으며, 대가를 받고 특정 병원으로 유도하지 않습니다. 본 서비스는 의료법 제27조의 영리 목적 환자 소개·알선·유인에 해당하지 않습니다. 정보는 이용자 편에 있습니다. • 예약 성사, 특정 일정·가격·결과를 보장하지 않습니다. • 요청을 취소할 수 있고, 제공되는 경우 확정 후 1회 일정 변경이 가능합니다.
컨시어지는 현재 무료입니다. 상담·시술비는 병원에 직접 지불합니다. 향후 수수료 도입 시 발생 전 명확히 고지하고, 유료 서비스를 이행하지 못하면 환불합니다. 카드번호 전체는 저장하지 않으며 결제(있는 경우)는 결제대행사가 처리합니다.
"이용자 콘텐츠"란 리뷰·평점·업로드 영수증/메뉴판 이미지·제보 가격·다이어리 기록·사진 등을 말합니다. • 라이선스 — 소유권은 이용자에게 있으며, 당사가 서비스 운영·개선을 위해 이를 호스팅·저장·복제·번역·가공·집계·표시할 전 세계·비독점·무상 라이선스를 부여합니다. 파생된 집계·비식별 가격 데이터는 제한 없이 사용될 수 있습니다. • 다이어리는 기본 비공개이며 당사가 공개·공유하지 않습니다. • 콘텐츠가 정확하고 제출 권한이 있으며 타인 권리·동의 없는 개인정보를 포함하지 않음을 진술합니다. 허위 가격·리뷰 금지. • 건강정보 — 영수증·제보 시술·다이어리는 건강 관련 정보를 포함할 수 있으며, 제출 시 개인정보처리방침에 따른 처리에 명시적으로 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. • 당사는 콘텐츠를 검토·거부·숨김·삭제하고 검증 실패 제보가를 조정·반려할 수 있습니다.
허위·기만·부정 정보 제출, 타인 사칭·동의 없는 타인 개인정보 게시, 괴롭힘·명예훼손·위법 콘텐츠, 스크래핑·크롤링·대량복제, 서비스 방해, 의료광고법 등 위반 또는 위법 목적 이용을 금지합니다.
가격 알림·워치리스트·주기 리마인더를 켜면 관련 이메일 및/또는 웹푸시 알림 수신에 동의하는 것입니다. 예약 확정 등 거래성 메시지는 서비스의 일부입니다. 프로필·기기 설정에서 관리·해제하고 마케팅 이메일은 언제든 수신거부할 수 있습니다.
플랫폼 측 혜택(컨시어지 티켓·기능 크레딧 등)을 제공하는 추천/초대 프로그램을 운영할 수 있습니다. 혜택은 현금 가치가 없고 양도 불가하며 변경·종료될 수 있습니다. 병원이 자금을 대거나 병원 시술 구매를 조건으로 하지 않습니다. 어뷰징·부정·자기추천 시 제한할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 질문 답변·메시지 작성·정보 요약에 AI(Google Gemini 포함)를 사용할 수 있습니다. AI 출력은 정보 제공용이며 부정확·불완전할 수 있고 의료 조언이 아닙니다. 의료 결정에 의존하지 말고 반드시 병원 면허 의료인과 상담하세요.
병원·가격·의료진·시술·리뷰 정보는 참고용이며 최신이 아닐 수 있습니다. 어떤 내용도 의료 조언·진단·시술 권유가 아닙니다. 시술 여부는 반드시 병원 면허 의료인과 상담하여 결정해야 합니다. 모든 의료 서비스·결과·부작용·의료사고 책임은 전적으로 해당 의료기관에 있습니다. 병력·알레르기·질환의 정확한 고지는 이용자 책임입니다. 응급 시 119.
병원·의료진·가격 정보는 공개 자료 및 이용자 제출 자료에서 수집되어 소비자 정보·비교 목적으로 표시되며, 당사나 병원의 광고가 아닙니다. 당사는 특정 병원을 "최고·최저가·1위"라고 하거나 결과를 보장하지 않으며, 시술을 유인하기 위한 콘텐츠를 게시하지 않습니다. 병원의 광고는 병원 책임이며 의료법 제56~57조의 의료광고 규정을 따릅니다. 병원은 정보 정정·삭제를 contact@maidepot.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
서비스에 언급되는 병원·직원 및 제3자 웹사이트·예약 채널·서비스는 독립된 제3자입니다. 당사는 이들을 통제하지 않으며 그 행위·누락·가용성·가격·콘텐츠에 책임지지 않습니다.
소프트웨어·디자인·브랜드·집계 데이터셋·시세 리포트를 포함한 서비스는 당사·라이선서의 자산이며 법으로 보호됩니다. 개인적·비상업적 이용권만 부여되며, 명시 허용 외 복제·스크래핑·재판매·2차 저작물 제작은 금지됩니다.
개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 따르며, 이는 본 약관에 편입되고 EU GDPR 및 대한민국 개인정보보호법(PIPA)을 준수합니다.
서비스는 관련 법 허용 최대 범위에서 상품성·특정목적 적합성·정확성·비침해 보증 없이 "있는 그대로", "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 가격 등 정보의 정확성·최신성·완전성을 보증하지 않습니다.
관련 법 허용 최대 범위에서, 당사 총 책임은 (A) 청구 전 12개월 지불 수수료 또는 (B) 미화 100달러 중 큰 금액을 초과하지 않으며, 간접·부수·특별·결과적·징벌적 손해 및 의료 결과에 책임지지 않습니다. 단, 당사 중과실·고의로 인한 사망·상해 책임, 대한민국 소비자보호 강행규정, EU/EEA 소비자·개인정보 권리, 미국 거주자의 주법상 배제 불가 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
이용자는 이용자 콘텐츠, 본 약관 위반, 법령·제3자 권리 침해로 인한 청구로부터 mAI Depot, Inc.와 임직원·대리인을 면책·보상하는 데 동의합니다(관련 법 금지 범위 제외).
당사는 약관·법령 위반 시 이용을 정지·해지할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 프로필 → 계정 삭제에서 탈퇴할 수 있으며 프로필·리뷰·제보·채팅·다이어리·예약이 영구 삭제됩니다(법령상 보존 기록 및 결제대행사 보관 기록 제외 — 개인정보처리방침 참조).
약관 변경 시 앱 내 최소 7일 전(불리한 변경 30일 전) 공지합니다. 시행일 이후 계속 이용하면 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며(국제사법 원칙 배제), 1심 관할은 서울중앙지방법원으로 합니다. 다만 소비자인 이용자의 거주국(주) 강행법규상 보호·관할 권리(EU/EEA 소비자의 주소지 법원 이용 권리 포함)는 침해되지 않습니다. 영어본이 규범본이며 번역본은 참고용입니다.
